I have 5 good cur dogs I have to part with due to money issues.
2.5 yr old yellow Florida cur gyp. She is very well bred! I purchased her from Mark Chesser out of lake pannasofkee. She is a Monkey x JJ cross. Good short/Medium range dog. She will catch small hogs by herself and bay big ones unless there is other dogs there. She will stay 100-150 yards average hunting unless she strikes one and then she has gone out to a mile and a half on the garmin running one. She is completely silent unless bayed or caught. I paid $250 for her as a puppy and will take $500 for her now as inhave done all the work training her. She is a real decent dog and produced one litter that turned out some real fine pups.
15 month old pied Florida cur gyp. She is sired by by old tusk dog and whelped by the above gyp. She found her first hog at 6 months old and has been non stop since. She has a real good handle on her and is very gritty! She is a medium/ long range dog with an average hunt between 200 and 300 yards. She is all catch unless non of your dogs are catching and then you know why. This gap is not nearly old enough to be considered finished but I would put her up against any dog around. She is learning to stay completely silent; however, sometimes not all the time but sometimes yip when she first strikes then shuts up when she is running. This dog will be your lead dog with a little more age. She out strikes both of her parents already at only 15 months old. I will take $1000.
i am firm on both prices! I will go with out food If I have too to keep feeding them as long as my kids have food in their mouths before I sell them for any less. I will trial them with cash I hand. I have three others that I may sell; however they may be placed with people as one I bought back and they boy has wanted him back since he allowed me to buy him and two puppy's that were sent to me by a friend. If they don't want them back I will update at that time. I have cut collars for all dogs and they will go with the dogs to make sure they stay protected.
i also have a 48" x 72" x 24" all aluminum diamond plate dog box that I need to sell. It will be three hunting seasons old this year. $1200 new, will take $300 for it just to sell it.
