Been sick for the last week with the flu and strep throat but got to feeling better and decided to make a run up to the hammock to try and catch one. Haven't really hunted much up there this year and didn't really know where any hogs were so I drove in blind and headed to a hammock that is dropping some acorns. Dumped the dogs and in 15 min my pearl pup bayed up about 450 from us. Got to her and she and my Tarbaby gyp were caught. Ended up being 100lb boar hog with 1" of teeth. Barred him and cut his left ear and turned back for the next time. Should be a pretty rank dude in a little while.
