Does anyone on here feed wild hog to there dogs? I feed a raw diet to my Jack Russells,Patterdales,Pitbull,s and the curs I recently got. I freeze the trash fish I catch for about 2 weeks before feeding it to the dogs. I was thinking I could grind up whole hogs that I catch and make a raw grind to freeze and then feed the dogs. Is anyone on here doing that?

probably not the smartested thing to do. if the animal that you use has a illness or disease you dog can get it (yes even after freezing). hogs carry some really bad diseases that even you can get from cleaning them, some things they carry are not curable

Every hog I catch the dogs get the ears and bones that I've cleaned the meat off of and believe me I leave plenty of meat for um , crazy dogs are natural meat eaters , wolvescant sniff out a sickness in an animal before the kill it , raw meat is the best for a dog even better when yer dogs put in the work to catch they should get. A peice of the prize too jmo

i had a blue pit male fed him all the harts. lungs, kidneys. made him plum hog crazy he loved it. he was blood thirsty. i had to get rid of him... dog wasnt rite in the head..lol
