Only have to get pen approved if your selling them. Then the pen has to be concrete or wood floored if so. They told me it is illegal to sell a wild hog in florida without the pens as described. he told me big trouble if caught. That was while he said your doing this for private consumption right, telling me the answers. Nice guy. cards are free and don't expire anymore. Just get with department of Argriculture in your area. They give you paper work the day you meet them so your legal until the card comes in the mail.
