I let my lacy dog banjo out while feeding all the other dogs ( thinking he would stay around camp like normal ) and after about 10 minutes I hear one squealing turned my other two curs to him not knowing what he had caught needless to say this ones going on the smoker sunday.

Yeah he's not quite a year old yet and really turning on lately since deer season's over and I've had him in the woods a little more.

i been lookin into them lacy dogs id like to get a good breed lacy dog but wanna find the right one not just by the name of the breed ya know what im sayin. fine catxh there for a pup on his own tho brother love young dogs doin work my favorite is there first solo strike

Yeah man he's been on a couple that weve caught lately and was with another dog not sure which dog it was that
found them first or if they were side by side but this one was for sure all him. I went to georgia and baught him
and his brother last year from a man and right when I got them home that afternoon I showed them pigs I had in my
pen and they went straight to baying im getting a female from the man this spring and if she turns on ill have
pups in a few years. I think he's just now finding his nose that barr was caught about 200 yards out so that tells
me he was smelling something he liked and went for it.

nice . if u do end up with a fine lacy pair and do a breeding id like to see how the parents work sometime and possible get a pup down the line if u got some full blood lacys

That's the two brothers at 4 months old the day I picked them up .  This was the day I got home with them , first time they had ever seen a hog . click the picture for the video .  |
