Made it to the woods tonight and caught a nice little boar. My pearl pup found it and tusk and Tarbaby helped seal the deal. Haven't been getting to hunt as much lately because my wife is in school finishing her last internship to graduate with her bachelors degree in elementary education. I am very proud of her and settle for only being able to go once every two weeks or so. Hasn't really affected my dogs at all since we been catching hogs every time we gone this year. Caught five the last three times we went to the woods and are at 14 for the year so far. Not bad for a weekend warrior I guess.

Thanks lee, ya they been working good lately. Hogs are real sporadic over this way lately. Been fortunate to get on some the times we have gone. I know I talk to some boys that slip into these spots of mine and they haven't been catching any. We need to get together one of these weekends coming up and make a hunt. I'll try to figure out when I can go and we can make plans.
